Three years have passed since the events of Harvest Moon: Lunar Tides. Jeff and Avalon live peacefully together in the subterranean caverns of Lux-dulcibus-Avalon, beneath the town of Hallow Bay. No longer the quiet, fishing hamlet he once knew, Hallow Bay, has been developing into a bustling metropolis; unaware of the danger brewing its way up to the surface. It is up to Jenna and Carol to get to the bottom of the disappearances plaguing the town.
